Service Overview
GreenFlakes provides seasonal lawn care (spring, summer, fall) and snow removal services (winter) to residential and commercial clients. Services include but are not limited to mowing, aeration, overseeding, pruning, snow plowing, and salting.
Scheduling and Access
Service appointments are scheduled in advance and may vary based on weather conditions. The client must provide full access to the property, including gates and driveways. Missed service due to blocked access may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.
Weather Delays
Services such as snow removal are subject to weather conditions. In the case of severe weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled. GreenFlakes is not liable for damages or delays caused by acts of nature.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law. GreenFlakes reserves the right to suspend service for overdue accounts.
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a service fee. Refunds are provided only for prepaid services canceled in advance and are subject to review.
Liability & Damages
GreenFlakes is insured and takes reasonable precautions while performing services. We are not liable for damages to underground items (sprinklers, wires, etc.) unless clearly marked. Any damages caused by our equipment must be reported within 48 hours for investigation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the area is free of obstacles such as toys, furniture, or pet waste before service. Pet waste may result in service refusal or a surcharge. Snow removal clients must remove vehicles from driveways when possible during service hours.
Service Agreement & Changes
Services may be customized per client request and confirmed in writing. GreenFlakes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service with written notice. GreenFlakes reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, repeated access issues, or disrespectful behavior.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Client information is used solely for scheduling, billing, and customer service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
