Service Availability

Our services are offered subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and staff scheduling. While we strive to meet all booking requests, we reserve the right to modify or delay services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a scheduled service must be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• In the event we must cancel or reschedule due to weather or operational issues, no cancellation fee will apply and a new service time will be arranged.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Liability

We take great care to provide safe and reliable services. However, by booking with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or environmental factors.

  • Customers are responsible for securing personal property (e.g., vehicles, decorations, outdoor equipment) prior to service.

  • Liability for direct damages, if proven to result from negligence on our part, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless against any claims arising from misuse of our services or unsafe conditions on the customer’s property.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, and other approved online payment platforms.

  • Services will not be rendered until payment has been confirmed.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension and additional administrative fees.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Pay $25 for a personal visit and quote

Request an In-Person Lawn Assessment – $25 Prefer a professional to assess your lawn in person? We’re now offering on-site lawn evaluations for a flat fee of $25.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can upload photos or videos of your lawn for a free quote — or choose to schedule an in-person lawn assessment for $25.
  • A lawn care specialist will visit your property, inspect your lawn, and provide a personalized quote.
  • The $25 fee is non-refundable, but it will be credited toward your final service cost.

 (Example: If the service quote is $100, you’ll only pay $75 after your $25 credit is applied.)

Important Scheduling Info:

  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance.
  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. This service ensures you get the most accurate pricing tailored to your lawn’s specific needs. Thank you for choosing us!
